Within the framework of achieving joint cooperation and to support small and medium enterprise owners, Kuwait Airways in coordination with the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development, organized a campaign to register and empower the owners of these projects at the company’s headquarters.
The Deputy Director of Corporate Communication, Public Relations and Marketing at Kuwait Airways, Mr. Esehaq Alhajeri stated, “Kuwait Airways is pleased to support and encourage owners of small and medium enterprises by granting them entry to participate in the company’s various projects, in addition to providing them with the opportunity to present ideas and innovations to reach the best quality levels that benefit all parties.”
Alhajeri added, “Kuwait Airways’ cooperation with the National Fund for the Care and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises comes within the company’s interest to strengthen relations with the public and private sectors and to move and develop the wheels of the economy in the country by creating a suitable working environment that contributes to achieving the desired goals. Likewise, the initiative of the National Fund to register entrepreneurs at the company’s headquarters works greatly to discover new innovations, solutions and alternatives and gives Kuwait Airways various opportunities to choose suitable companies that benefit the company”.
Alhajeri concluded, “We appreciate the role of the National Fund in providing all means to serve small and medium enterprise owners and to overcome the obstacles facing them, to support the economy of our country.”
On his part, the Media and Publication Controller at the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development, Mr. Mohamad Al-Saleh said, “The National Fund is pleased to activate the principle of cooperation and partnership with Kuwait Airways to support the initiators of small and medium enterprises and provide them with the opportunity to launch their innovations and ideas at KAC’s facilities. The first day witnessed the registration of more than 200 companies for many activities such as food, clothing, factories, health, and others to participate in projects related to the national carrier.”
Al-Saleh stated, “The focus of the National Fund towards Kuwait Airways comes within strengthening partnership relations between the various state sectors to contribute to the support of the national economy. This is considered to be one of the elements of the economic and social development process and one of the necessities of transforming into a financial and commercial center, in addition to enabling small and medium enterprise owners to obtain real opportunities for innovation and development.”
Al-Saleh concluded by extending his sincere thanks and gratitude to Kuwait Airways for supporting and encouraging the owners of these projects.
